24 y/o female client with multiple complex needs, within her own modern fully adapted home. You will always be accompanied on shift by another member of staff and work as part of a friendly and supportive team of 12.

The Role
As a Care Worker, you will provide a high level of support to a 24 y/o female client with multiple complex needs within her own home. You will always be accompanied on shift by another member of staff and work as part of a friendly and supportive team.
In this key role, you will provide personal care and support tasks including using manual handling equipment. You will carry out all tasks to the highest standards, to fully meet the clients social, educational, medical, rehabilitation and nutritional needs.

The contract will be zero hours, covering planned annual leave and staff absence.
Example of working hours Sun-Sat;
• Day hours to cover shifts between the hours of 07.00-21.00
• Waking Night-21.00-07.00
• Sleep in- 22.30-07.00
• Alternative weekends, working either Sat or Sun

Rates from £11 - £14 per hour dependent on experience, duties and shifts delivered.
Full training will be provided.

About you:
Due to the occupational requirements of the role this position is only open to female applicants.
To be considered as a Care / Support Worker, you will need:
- Care experience
- Strong communication skills
- An enthusiastic, flexible and positive approach to meet the client’s needs
-You will need to be flexible to work; days and/or weekends.

Desired Experience
Complex care experience- although not essential as full training will be provided.
Ideally, you will hold a full clean driving licence.
