Jo Blakeley offers extensive experience as a Case Manager and Specialist Clinical Leader for Spinal Cord Injuries across Northern England and Scotland, coordinating care plans for clients with complex needs. She is also a CMSUK Case Manager of the Year nominee for her tireless work that saw three colleagues return to work after all suffered different, significant injuries in a workplace accident. During her NHS career as a specialist Physiotherapist, Jo worked in hospital and community settings managing and coordinating home adaptations and therapy for children and adults with neurological conditions, including Cerebral Palsy, before specialising in respiratory and spinal cord injuries at Pinderfields Spinal Cord Injury Unit. She was promoted to Clinical Lead for an NHS Trust working with patients across ITU, Critical Care, Respiratory, Vascular and Amputee surgery. Jo is down to earth, warm, and energetic. She places great importance on transparent and open communications with clients, family members, employers, medical professionals, and legal teams to help the injured person reach their rehabilitation goals. She is very tenacious and is motivated by seeing her clients achieve their objectives.

Louise Creelman is a gifted and compassionate Case Manager with comprehensive experience working with complex physical, cognitive, and neurological disabilities, including brain injury and major trauma in children, babies, and adults. With vast clinical and case management experience, she has managed complex and challenging situations with tact and quiet authority. Her clinical expertise includes Specialist Children's Nurse, Nurse Manager and A&E Nurse in hospitals, special schools, and the community. She continues to enhance her knowledge of caring for patients who have experienced trauma and catastrophic injuries by working as an A&E nurse one day per week. Louise is an articulate and confident communicator who adapts her written and verbal reports to meet diverse audiences' needs. She has a special affinity for explaining medical conditions to children and young people. Her experience managing large MDTs and recruiting and supervising teams of support workers and therapists mean she is equally well-regarded by clients, their families, medical and legal professionals.
