Meet the Team
Case management coordinates the rehabilitation, care and support of a person who has suffered a serious injury, from the point of injury through the litigation process and beyond settlement.
Circle Case Management provides award-winning case management across England and Wales for people with complex needs following brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, stroke, post-traumatic stress and serious orthopaedic injury.
Our case managers include occupational therapists, nurses, physiotherapists, social workers and speech and language therapists, each chosen for the fit between their clinical background and the person they support.
A case manager assesses health and social care needs, builds and coordinates the rehabilitation team, and helps with practical matters such as employment, education, accommodation, adaptations and equipment.
We work alongside instructing solicitors and insurers, and can carry out an immediate needs assessment at the earliest stage of a claim.
Please click on the Case Manager to request their C.V., or fill out the contact form below to arrange a meet-and-greet with your client.

Case Managers FAQs
What is a Case Manager?
A Case Manager is the middle person working with the injured person, legal profession, and insurance company. Their role is to work for the client to help them achieve their goals and get back to pre-injury or as close as medically possible. Our Case Managers will assess health and social care needs and help with such things as employment, education, accommodation, adaptations, and equipment.
Where are Case Managers located?
We have Case Managers available throughout the U.K. We offer a range of professions and skills from Occupational Therapists to Mental Health Nurses so that we can offer you the best fit Case Manager for your situation.
Do you have any Children's Case managers?
Yes. We have experienced Case Managers that have worked with infants, toddlers and children that are going through transitional stages such as Primary to Secondary School, or School to College and University. All our child specialist case managers have experience of EHCP and working with the educational sector
